They showed on time. However they were expecting to clean around furniture not clean the entire two rooms. So they told me that it would be extra. Then they told me that one of the men has a bad back and it is best to reschedule. I never rescheduled, I cleaned the two room carpets myself. 2

Tony was AMAZING! He is very nice and really easy to work with! He worked around my offices schedule and came after everyone was gone. He also is very responsive because he was able to clean the carpets two days after I called him. He is very fast but very efficient and the rugs look great!! I will definitely be using him again!
Details was actually the third company I called and was pleasantly surprised that somebody answered considering the other two companies didn’t. Tony was friendly and helpful and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We needed pet stain removal in particular and our carpets literally look brand new now. Thank you, Tony!!
