I can’t possibly say enough about Details and Dents!!! The owner Chase is incredible and Jack was so communicative and helpful through the whole process of our Hail claim for our car. We had our insurance company completely drop the ball on our claim. And it ended up taking over a month. Turns out our insurance agent, not only went out of town without telling us anything…but she told the shop she was waiting for an estimate that they had already sent multiple times.
