Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of their detailing because they never turned up. I booked an appointment online and received an email saying it would be confirmed. When I hadn't heard anything the following day, I called and was told the booking was confirmed. Nice lads but very poor job, heaps of missed spots in the interior and left over polish everywhere on the outside of the car, headlight restoration did nothing and I got them looking better with my own polish.
Disappointing— areas missed and upholstery stains they said could not be removed that came out when I used some carpet shampoo and a bit of elbow grease. Seemed like a rushed job in the end. Should have put some of the money to getting the materials and doing it myself.
Absolute Scam!!! Do Not Waste Your Money!!! Purchased a Gift Voucher online on Tuesday (website says will email through within 24hrs). 2 phone calls (promising to sort it out and call me back) and 4 days later and STILL have not received my voucher, yet payment was taken instantly! Now can’t get anyone to return my messages!
Amazing detailing service from Gary! He was very prompt and kind. The detail was great for the price of $198 (Hatchback). I loved the attention to detail, my car looks so clean! The communication from Tony and Gary was great. I definitely would book in again when required.
