Really in-depth home inspection. Report is easy to understand. Home inspector with decades of experience. He actually teaches courses for other home inspectors in vocational schools. And from what I could tell from Reddit forums when other home inspectors need a home inspector for their real estate transactions they go to him (if that tells you something) Go with Eric, highly recommend.
Eric was very through, professional and patient, I asked a lot of questions and answered all he could. He also didn't seem to mind my questions and me watching him complete the inspection. I would certainly request him again if I needed a home inspection.
Eric was great to work with! He explained everything he was looking at and answered all of my questions as we went through the house. He was very detail oriented, and he even discussed some options we could consider for fixes! The report was well written and documented and had thorough images related to each inspection point. I would highly recommend Eric for individuals looking for a great home inspector here in the Triangle!
