If you do not want a Complete home inspection, then do not call this person. He is very knowledgeable and do not mind taking time to explain the inspection to not only the client but the Agent as well. Not only will he provide you with information concerning your inspection, he gives you links to where you can get those needed areas fixed. I would not use any other home inspector but this person and this company. This inspector deserves more than five stars. I would give him 1000 or more .
Detailed Home Inspections was a great investment for our home buying situation as Steve does exactly that in providing a detailed inspection and he provided a comprehensive report as well. His knowledge and expertise was very impressive. He also involved other knowledgeable contractors when significant issues were found to help understand the full impact financially of buying the home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to others who plan to purchase a home.
Steven is an excellent inspector. His reports are thorough, detailed, and well-organized. I really liked the inspection process and I will definitely rely on his expertise for future home inspections as well.
