Tradesmen completely blocked my road, preventing me and all incoming traffic from accessing the street. Took over 20 minutes of back-and-forth arguing from my car (with the tradies telling me to just drive over my neighbour’s front lawn) before they finally reversed 5 metres so I could leave my property in the middle of the day. Completely ridiculous

Terrible experience working for DEA. Payments are constantly delayed, and there is a complete lack of respect and transparency toward employees. The work environment is disorganized, and management is extremely unprofessional and intimidating. I would not recommend anyone to work here. There are plenty of other companies in the industry that value their workers, pay on time, and treat people with basic respect I don’t recommended this company
