I was a new patient excited to try a new dentist, she aka Dr never introduced herself. Looked at my xrays and told me I needed serious work to the point of implants or dentures. I was so upset and felt confused by this dx. I go to the dentist at least once a year and been w the same dentist for 15 yrs....Her diagnosis was incorrect and another dentist confirmed that her dx was way off....So she had a terrible bedside manner and was definitely trying to put alot of extra money where it wasn't needed...It's a shame please bew... read more
Love this place me and my family have been coming here for 10 years, just updating how much I love my dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else
First the good part: The office staff and dentist are super nice and seem to care…however I would look elsewhere if you have cavities. I had 3 “cavities” filled (by the way 6 months before that at another dentist I had no cavities. When I came here I had 7????). They were all on teeth next to each other. I figured why not get them all filled at the same time. That was a bad idea. The dentist basically drilled out a trench in all of my back teeth. My wife and I have been seeing Detail Dental over the last two years working on getting our dental health caught up. This office is awesome, from the staff and dental hygienist to the doctor everyone is kind and personable. The employees and doctors love what they do and you can tell by how the office runs to how they take care of their patients. If you have been fearful of going to the dentist I suggest calling them and also tell them about your previous experience and they will take great care of you.
I've been here 3 times after switching Dentist's The entire staff is Very Friendly I've had 2 cleanings and had to have a front tooth filled ( Not from a cavity LL ) I'm Very Happy That I've found a Great Dentist and Dental Team so close to home I highly recommend Detailed Dental They are Terrific !!! ... .....
