Yes scheduling and customer service from Lamont was great but the rest of the process was a nightmare. The dude called the police on a incident that happened on his drive over and gave them MY HOME ADDRESS to come speak to him. Three police cars at my house with my young children inside upset and freaking out. He didn’t even give me a heads up that he did that!! Well...He was an hour late for my initial appointment. Not a big deal, considering the cleaning was a gift from my husband. He did a good job on the carpet and outside, but after closer inspection I saw that he had forgotten to clean all the glass, as my son’s handprints were still all over the windows. This was annoying because when you pay a lot of money for service you expect it done the right way. I called the owner and he said he would happily send someone out to correct it. No one showed.
