Detailed Analysis is a very respected company doing business for over 30 years in the Bay Area. Approved with major lenders and Law Firms. I am always impressed by our clients reviews of their way they handle our clients needs and their timely reports.
I would NOT use Detailed Analysis again. They produced an incomplete & inferior report. They were requested during the initial telephone conversation to evaluate the property value with certain existing site conditions (utility easements). They did not evaluate the property taking into consideration the easements at all. When questioned about it, they said that they were unable to do this. We were unable to review their report until we had paid in full.
