No, no, no, no. I took off work for 3 hrs to support an APPOINTMENT i made to get my SUV engine cleaned. I showed up 3:58 for 4:00 appointment, parked and walked into suite "I" (their business office is in "I" not "H" as listed on this yelp address, but they are side by side.) I bring my Audi here for regular service, and have been a customer for a few years now. I am impressed with familiar the staff here is with the vehicles they work on. It is also a very personal experience coming here. Would not go anywhere else.
