Mike & Sam are hands down my favorite inspectors. Incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable & helpful people who do a great job every time. They have done about 20 inspections for my clients. Never an issue. Their inspection reports are of the highest quality. After 10 years in the industry I can’t imagine working with anyone else. I recommend them to all my buyers & other agents.
No roof inspection and missed obvious water damage in a number of areas. Irrigation system was not tested. A single family residence for $495??? I am glad my buyers fell out of escrow for other reasons. This inspector would have been sued! Good luck! Plus there are typos throughout the report. This is not a professional inspector. I do not recommend.

Sam did my general home inspection. He was super thorough; he first explained his findings via pictures, then walked me through the home, so I had could pinpoint what he was saying. Very patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
