Have been a long time customer and just went there today to use one of my gift certificate and they told it was no longer good due to new ownership, Same name same place. I had a special deal with Maxi nails buying $2000 a year and giving them to my customers, I explained to the new owners that they would be losing over $2000 a year for $100 ,they did not care. Avoid this place .. they do not respect long time customers and have horrible customer service. They don’t respect appointment times and the quality of the service has plummeted drastically while the prices have gone up.
Big improvement under the new ownership! The service is so much more professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. They pay attention to detail and don’t rush the job. My gel manicure lasted weeks without chipping. Definitely my go-to spot now.
My wife and daughter went to Maxy Nails last week and loved it! The new management is doing a great job—the place feels super clean, welcoming, and the staff are really friendly. They both were very happy with the service and the attention to detail. You can tell the salon has improved a lot. Definitely recommend checking it out!
