Got charged 155 for horrible nails. The lady never even went off the picture and did the design totally wrong. Before I could see the design she quickly put my hands under the lamp. I got gel nails. Super disappointed
In 51 years of life I have never experienced such embarrassment as I did in this establishment.I am a hairstylist myself and work with costumer service daily. My regular manicurist was Michelle, but since she was off work that day, I was served by another manicurist. Unfortunately, I didn't like the color I chose, and I told the manicurist that I wanted to change it and that I would pay extra for this service without any problem. DO NOT GO HERE. The entire staff is extremely rude and unprofessional in every way and the nails are beyond ugly for the high prices you will end up paying. It also looks like they have never cleaned the floors in that place. There are so many better nail locations in the area
Rush, rush, rush and over charge.
