called 3 times to confirm a class appointment and this is the second time they’ve canceled last minute after i’ve confirmed the appointment and already made the drive.
Hours of operation are 10a-6p. Went by at 2p on a Friday. Lights were on, open sign was on, door was locked and nobody was inside. Saw this happened to someone else 3 weeks ago. Super unprofessional.
