I was originally going to the car meet that they were hosting but I went a little too late so I still went in to check it out. The moment I opened the door, I was met with warm welcomes from the staff there and they came over immediately to assist me. Chris showed me around and introduced some of their products and was overall really accomodating despite how awkard my social interactions are. Chemical Guys gets way too much slack for being one of the best Entry level, user friendly, detailing product companies! Most products come RTU without worrying about dilution ratios. Nick helped me out and the shopping experience was great. He was very knowledgeable in CG products and uses and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Always a great experience in store!

First let me start by saying customer service is key to a successful business. When it comes to to customer services these guys go above the limits to ensure their customers are taken care of!
