Run don't walk .. get those quality products and get the gloss back
I had ordered 3M polishing compound, and pads. I was told it would be in the next day, the the next day I was told it will definitely be in on Wednesday that's when we get our orders. Here is Wednesday and I am being told it will be Thursday. If you need something and they don't have it in Newnan you are better off driving to Marrietta and getting if you want to use ACP. Now my client has to wait almost a week and a half for me to finish. And switching products in the middle of a project is not happening.
I talked to the owner of this store and super nice and knows his stuff!
The owner does not care wether the customer is happy or not, he told me “I guess you learned something anyway”, wow what a way to tell customer after his worker recommended a product to buy and use, after using the 3D product, it literally did not do or even close to what I was wanting to do, I bought all the materials to get the job done, I will never buy or recommend Detailing World to anyone, all they want is your money, I drove over 7 hours round trip and this is what I get SMH
