November 11, 2024- Do Not Use this Shop!!!!! If you want to deal with a professional who communicates and listens and does great work on your car DO NOT use Body work by Franks! In my 42 years of dealing with people in any capacity I have never been disrespected as I was by Frank. I had minor damage to the fender over my tire on my SClass Mercedes. I loved the work he did on my scraped back fender back when he was on Gervais Street, so I took my cracked front bumper that I wasn’t sure the insurance companies would pay for to him. The experience was a complete disaster! He doesn’t take credit cards, but now he doesn’t even take a check. He took a check for the grille part, but when my husband brought the car in for the repair, he insisted on cash. My husband had to drive miles to the ATM.
