I was working across the street for the day, and took a minute to change my headlights on my Mini. I managed to drop a small part into the engine compartment, and did not have any tools to open and retrieve the piece in the overly complicated space. I ran over to ask if they had a grabber, and instead they went on a very silly journey with me to find the missing part in the compartment. They were so helpful, nice, and just awesome.
