I have been taking my granddaughter to Destiny’s Kid Salon for well over 3 years now. The stylist are great and do an amazing job. However, there always seems to be an issue, no WiFi on more than one occasion. If this is supposed to be a kid friendly establishment, the WiFi should be on and accessible, as well as providing kid friendly stations. For the owner to state she can’t afford WiFi is unacceptable. This was a great experience!! We come from 3 hours away and it was worth every bits of it. Sheka was amazing with my daughter who’s very tender headed and nailed the hairstyle we wanted. Ms. Grace was super nice too. We will definitely come back.
Quality of the hair styles = 2 thumbs up Customer service = 2 thumbs way down I have scheduled 2 appointments here for my 6yo. The hair always looks great and keeps up nicely. However the scheduling is very uncoordinated. First time no one showed up to even open the shop until 15 mins after my appointment. The second time, the stylist didn't even know if she was the one who was doing my daughter's hair. She ended up doing it, but started an hour late.
