I've been to dentists in many cities and states. I'm not the type of person that gets angry easily and I hate leaving reviews. However, this place is a disgrace to the Jackson community as they are seemingly the only dentist that accepts medicaid. If you are arranging childcare around your appointment in any way, this is not the place for you. Every time I come in, I've waited at least an hour to be seen. Beautiful and kind staff, lots of room in waiting area, public restrooms available. Professional and responsive. Air conditioning clean and well maintained.
I tried to make an appointment to establish care for my husband and have a tooth repaired but despite THREE appointments made, the office in Jackson, MI cancelled every single one at the last minute! Maybe we have been saved from making the mistake to go there. We will never know. But their customer service was awful and they were uncaring and rude. NOPE.
