Front desk staff extremely rude and don’t greet customers upon arrival but will instead stare at you. While the clinical staff are very kind, I can tell this office is a cash grab and they will attempt to bill for the most “intense” services although unnecessary. I was also provided a referral for a specialist whom I was told takes my insurance. When I called the specialist I found out they were not in network in fact and the service I was inquiring about had an astronomical price. I would definitely avoid this place and go ... read more
It smells like a urine cake or a porta John as soon as you go into the office, it takes your breath away. Absolutely the worst smelling place. I’ve been in a very long time not to mention the last two times I’ve been they told me it’s gonna be at least 45 minutes to an hour wait before I even be seen so then I have to sit in these chairs that are too small for my hips, and smell this horrible smell why there’s five employees Staring at me from behind behind the desk

Most unprofessional dental place on the face of the earth. Do yourself a big favor and find another place to go. Edit: since last posted, new staff working at front desk much more friendly and helpful. My dentist always been great. Feel little more better going here.
I've been to dentists in many cities and states. I'm not the type of person that gets angry easily and I hate leaving reviews. However, this place is a disgrace to the Jackson community as they are seemingly the only dentist that accepts medicaid. If you are arranging childcare around your appointment in any way, this is not the place for you. Every time I come in, I've waited at least an hour to be seen. They want you to confirm your appointment by text message and verbally over the phone or they cancel your appointment. On... read more
