I had one of the best experiences with Destiny Dental. Dr. Jon, is my dentist and I have to tell you that I am someone that is scared of needles. Dr. Jon and his assistants made me feel real relax, and I trust him. I can write out a long story but to make it shorter, I will say that The Destiny Dental employees, especially the manager Brittney and Dr. Jon, went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. The staff is great, the office is very clean, the dentist seem to care about you and has your best interest at heart.
Horrible customer service!!! It's apparent the girls who work behind the counter are racist againt white people. Nothing but problems at this place. Run away!
I had a great experience. The reception was very polite dr. Michael made me feel very comfortable and the rest of the staff seem to be a pretty great team.
Waste of time! Office staff are terrible. Months of wasted scheduling. Dentist was great though. Its getting the appointment. Just wanted to use the service. Be warned. Not very helpful folks
Absolutely unacceptable. After having a tooth extracted I was told I would be given no pain medication. After arguing was given tylenol 3. I was treated as a drug seeker because I am on medicaid. I happen to be a PHD candidate at MSU, not a drug addict. I've lost at least a day's productivity to suffering, because of the dentist's own prejudices against those on medicaid.
My husband went they pulled a tooth left bone exposed no pain med went back in said he was fine went to another dentist he had dry socket it was greyish green we are starting a law suit against this dentist rude unprofessional place I don't want to rate them but I had to to submit this
The most unprofessional dentist office I've ever been to. I should've spent the extra $150 and went to a real dentist office.
The worst Dental experience ever. I waited two and a half hours for a routine cleaning and exam. They kept telling me they did not have enough dental equipment/supplies to service me. I didn't see any sanitary procedures in place. They spent less than ten minutes performing my cleaning and exam. Horrible...
