The worst place i've ever been very unprofessional. I went there to have a tooth pulledThey added more things on it.They changed the price of having my tooth pulled three times. I asked them, why do they keep changing the price?And they deny it changing it. They asked me to go in the room where I sit , and I saw instruments on the table , just sitting out on the table , it wasn't even they weren't even covered. Issues obtaining my child’s records. I’ve contacted this office 2-3x requesting my son’s records via email, they said they will forward it over via email, but has yet to do so. I’ve checked spam all last week and still haven’t received them. The records are needed, my son has ongoing medical issues and this needs to in his file SO he can receive PROPER CARE with his NEW specialist. I didn’t like it at all I felt like the main dentist was more worried about talking to the women he worked with then my teeth and doesn’t seem kid friendly also seemed prissy an arrogant as was some of staff .

I’m 20 weeks pregnant had a very bad tooth that I needed to extracted, it was keeping me up night/day . I went in on my Appointment I did have to wait about 30 minutes, but once I was seen everything went fast and smooth & straight to the point ! I cried because I have a fear of the dentist BUT he assured me it was fine, After he numbed me, he had the tooth out in less than 5 minutes it felt like! So 10/10 no complaints at all from me! THANK YOU DR BAO!!!
