DO NOT GO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! I didn't want to give any stars but you can't post a review unless you do, so there's their 1 star. After reading the reviews on here, I can confirm they don't care about their patients and have a non-compassionate doctor there by the name of Dr.Bao. They told me I needed to get (4) fillings done on the top row, front teeth. The procedure was completed on Jan. 8th. Jan. 9th I went back to complain about the pain I was in. OMG Dr Bao….i hope I spelled it correctly…..YOU ARE AMAZING! I have such high anxiety about tooth extractions but know it was necessary. He made the experience amazing. He was quick with it too. Also was pleased that the office accepted care credit as a form of payment. So convenient.
Initially I went to get my teeth cleaned. They said I needed a deep cleaning which required my insurance approval. Insurance says they needed periodontal charting. I’ve called this place 4x trying to get the chart sent. Reception answers and says she’ll pass it along. Of course nothing ever happens. 7 months later I haven’t had any work done. Now I’m questioning if I even needed a deep cleaning. Go somewhere else.
