NO STARS! Literally the worst dentist office ever. These people need to be shut down. Dirty chairs, dirty floors, the counter was dirty. The hygentist could not figure out how to put the blood pressure cuff on. They are unprofessional and completely unorganized. They could not get the xray machine to work properly, changed cords with another machine, he was still unable to get it properly working. I would never go back.
I am currently a patient for the fourth time. I've been there. I've literally got there and had to wait almost 30 to 40 minutes to get called back only to sit in a chair for another half hour. I'm not an expert, but if you guys would book people accordingly. And not stack them on top of each other. Your service would run a lot better......
This was the worst experience of my life. The amount of pain that I endured, and all Dr. Michelle could say was sorry as she kept going and I crawled out of the chair. Her shotty work left one tooth broken. 1st return visit for my crown she cancelled and put me out a month. Almost to the office for my 2nd appointment she cancelled because she just decided to not come into the office.
