I am currently a patient for the fourth time. I've been there. I've literally got there and had to wait almost 30 to 40 minutes to get called back only to sit in a chair for another half hour. I'm not an expert, but if you guys would book people accordingly. And not stack them on top of each other. Your service would run a lot better......
This was the worst experience of my life. The amount of pain that I endured, and all Dr. Michelle could say was sorry as she kept going and I crawled out of the chair. Her shotty work left one tooth broken. 1st return visit for my crown she cancelled and put me out a month. Almost to the office for my 2nd appointment she cancelled because she just decided to not come into the office.
