Longer review and im not going to knock the business as a whole because not everybody was rude and unpleasant. The front office staff was very nice and the lady that took my xrays was wonderful... and thats when Dr. Genall entered the picture and changed the whole experience. He started off nice by introducing himself and asking what the problem was, in which I explained I believed 1 of my front teeth and possibly the one to the left of that were broken.
