Very rude. No customer service. I scheduled appt back on 2/20 for 5/2 because that is how long it takes to get a good weekend appointment if using a Groupon. She would not allow me to use my groupon because it expired 4/25. She told me I wasn't following the rules and I would have to pay $120 for the same facial instead.
