Office in Smithfield is permanently closed. My daughter just found this out as her son had an appointment today, (6-14-16), at that location and it was closed and empty. She called them and they were rude and hung up on her. They never contacted her to change the appointment. NOT professional!
Worst service ever. The reason why I brought my son there is bc he is autistic and ADHD AND NEEDS counseling, well this is not a place for kids eventually because waited there for longer than an hour nobody came and ask if we needed help or to register or anything and when someone finally came she only ask me if I wanted to come in another day because my son was not being patient well I'm sorry if he is there is because he needs help and for a special kid like him wanting an hour wasn't exactly something fun to do.
