DO NOT use this contractor! I had a 203(k) loan and he gave me a good price on the work. I gave him a cash deposit and his crew started demo work right away. When my bank saw the progress of the demo they cut me a full check. I signed it over to him and the next day his crew stopped coming. Ben kept promising that they would finish their work but then he began calling me asking me to pay for dumpsters and other materials.
