I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I originally came in for a brake job and new tires. Before the visit, my brakes were completely fine, no noise at all. After the service, my brakes started squeaking, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of the work. About a week later, my check engine light came on. Oh look, they gave themselves 5 stars. That's laughable, they added that just after I left. This shop is not a safe or trustworthy place for women. Despite claiming to be under new management, the service is poorly handled. The mechanic had me install unnecessary parts, as confirmed by another shop. They over charged in labor. They kept my car for nearly a month for repairs that should have taken significantly less time. In the end, I had to leave with my car still broken—worse than before.
