We had them install an air conditioner through the ***** ******** **** ******** and they overcharged us by $665. When we asked them for a refund we had to threaten legal action just to get it back. And when we did get it back three months later we were shorted $65. The owner never seem to be there. The lady who answered the phone felt like she had her hands tied every time I talk to her. Absolutely awful. Two weeks ago I filed a request with my home warranty company, needing A/C service. I was promptly contacted two days later by Destiny Air (Tuesday), informing me that they could not come until Saturday. I agreed. Technicians show up Saturday and proceed to take my working A/C unit and convert it into heap metal - rendering the unit useless.
