I wasn't intrigued with the whirlpool bath at all. The water wasn't hot enough for my relaxation. The music was too loud and not the right kind of music for soothing and relaxing but sounded more like gospel hymns. The lamps we too bright for my relaxation also. I feel the tub should have had a safety bar in more than one place. I was left for almost 25 minutes after being told it was time to get into the spa. I had to ask if I had been forgotten. Great experience! I will go back. Candi was a wonderful masseuse. Also loved the salt room & jetted tub/bath. Next I want to try a facial. Very courteous & professional staff.
Not only was it a unique and beautiful Spa. the staff were very nice and courteous. my skin felt as if it was silk when I left. I highly recommend the body scrub and facial. if I'm ever back in Hot Springs I will definitely be back.
I absolutely love Destinations Day Spa. Everything from the ambiance, staff, the products, to the informative information I receive each time I go about my skin. Meghan, my esthetician, has performed miracles on my skin. AJ the owner, values each and every one of her customers and staff, which in turn provides the best customer service I have ever received at a spa. I truly appreciate this amazing staff and beautiful spa!! �����
