They ordered the wrong sizes for my girls dresses. Overall a horrible experience.
These guys are amazing!!! The customer service was awesome and so individualized. They helped me to find a unique dress that not only fit my personality but also our destination and price range. Alterations were done by the lady they recommend, and all the fittings were done at the store with her. The final product was awesome and they made sure my dress and veil was packaged well for it's trip to Chicago. After the experience I had this is the only place I would recommend for everyone.
From start to finish the excellent and elegant ladies of Destinations met every need with professionalism and expertise. We made them friends for life. We will go to no other place for our needs for formal wear in the future. We had such fun and days of laughter. We love you all. ♥️ our family highly recommends them to anyone looking for the very best.

I am the Mother of a Bride. My daughter has been trying on dresses from various stores. When we walked into Destinations we were treated great! We left the store and wanted to come back later in the day when we realized we wanted to buy this one dress. The owners immediately agreed to stay open past their closing time. My daughter wanted to show her dad what she looked like in her dress but he was 1/2 hour away. The owners said no problem tell him to come over.
