Booked during time of covid. Did not honor refund policy. Was charged total of about $1500. Property then offered a replacement booking through 2024. Emailed, called multiple times and left several messages. They never got back to me after the initial communications. Completely ghosted me. Dishonest business and a crook in my opinion. I expect a response in this forum from owner.
