They will try and find anyway to raise your rent, there’s inconsistent rent on units (studios cost just as much as a 2br), some tenants are allowed to have pets while others aren’t, maintenance is terrible, units have black mold, plumbing leaks, I can go on and on. Go anywhere else to rent.
