Heaven sent!!! This is the model for all others! Too many bad experiences led me to not getting care for almost 10 years. With autoimmune disease, and chronic pain I was scared I would not be treated well. I was so surprised and grateful for your staff and Drs. Especially Dr. Meyer. Mahalo nui loa. Kay Slay
Although the office was a little challenging to find, the service was excellent! When looking for the office the receptionist was very clear and able to give accurate directions. Service was very quick, the assistant took me into an exam room within 10 minutes and less than 5 minutes later, Dr. Tom was there and very genuinely interested in my dental concerns. I was surprised that I was able to start the orthodontics process the same say as my consultation appointment. Overall very great service.
There was a lot of first for me on my first visit here, which took me by surprise, but I have no complaints and was very happy. I would recommend Hawaii Family Dental to my friends and family !
Very professional and clean office. Dentist explained concerns with me and was very professional and polite. Answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
They were fast and thorough. Very professional and friendly. A great family environment. The only thing I would have liked different is to have been told the situation of my child's teeth so I understand exactly what is going on.
Friendly, Professional with knowledgeable Dentists and hygienists. My only complaint is that they need more hygienists! To have to make a teeth cleaning appointment 3 to 6 months in advance is unexceptionable. For my next teeth cleaning I have to travel to their Kona office to have it accomplished sooner than March of next year???
I have never had a better experience at a dental office. Not only is the dentist amazing, kind and informative. But the dental assistants and all office staff have been so sweet and helpful. Such a change from past experiences and I'm so happy I found Hawaii family dental on the internet.
Both Andy and I were very impressed with our recent visits. We look forward to receiving better dental health through our relationship.
The hygienist did a great job, she's so thorough and always checking with to make sure I'm ok while she's cleaning my teeth. Highly recommended
