I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Julian + managers the windshield cracks , skid plate falls down and a bubble in the tire. All Within 3 weeks of owning the car I bought two new tires for it, I couldn’t mount them because there is a locking stud. The key to unlock was not given to me when I financed the vehicle. I called the dealership asking if they would have had it ,and the response given to me was ( I would have to forcibly remove the locked lug nuts). I'd give 0 stars .my company trucks been here for weeks now. Took it in for a fuel issue and weeks later they tell me it's a fuel issue. M e and my bosses call and call but constantly get put on hold. Very unprofessional. I'm glad I'm not a Ford guy
Cell staff was very knowledgeable and friendly answered the questions. The service center is excellent. That is the real reason why I picked Destination Ford out was because of their service department and Crystal upfront. They do not run you around in circles on getting things repaired or oil change or anything like that. Very good dealership
