Let me be clear. The 2 stars is for sales, not service.. I haven't dealt with service yet. I just bought a new Sentra from here. They were helpful when it came to getting financing and such, but their time management sucks. Between my wife and I we spent 6 hrs over 2 days trying to get stuff sorted with them. 90% of that time was waiting on the sales rep to get up from his desk to get paperwork. I was a walk in. Jeff approached me cordially and asked me some simple questions. I was very clear about what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. Although my initial intent was not met by management, Jeff put in the effort to work with me on a different deal. He was responsive after I left the lot and continued to communicate with me, even on his days off. Great to work with.
