We had great experiences staying in this location. It was clean, safe and secured. Location of this property is very nice. Part of the rental they are allowing to use beach umbrella and chairs which was very convenient for my family. We would love to visit again.
My daughter and I got covid the week before we were supposed to stay. Despite communicating with them, Destin Realty wouldn't offer us a credit or partial refund despite it being the recommended policy from VRBO. They could have easily given us a 50% credit or refund and rented the place for 50% off and made the same amount of money. When I asked them if they would sanitize the room after we left if we told them in advance we would have covid they said no. They truly do not care about anything but money.
