Right now, I'm at a 2. I've been coming here for years and it has been truly a blessing. Over these years the maintenance on the building has become less of a priority. It seems as though all the rooms Are owned by separate owners and there seems to be a lack of funds and attention to detail on the areas outside of each room. We stayed for 2 weeks. Great beach, location and complex. I am ready to go back. 307
We stayed at Destin on the Gulf 201 and although the location was great the room was very outdated, there were at least 7 of the vertical blinds missing over the sliding doors in the living room, the wall in the living room was dirty, they had 2 elevators and only 1 was working the whole time we were there, both shower curtains in the bathrooms has mold on the bottom of them, one of the beds in the bedroom that has 2 beds in it has a dip in the middle when you lay down in it, there is a broken lamp and a suitcase left in the... read more
