The lady on the phone could barely understand English and when I went to check in I had to talk to a guy on a kiosk doing everything remotely and it was hard to hear/understand him. Didn't know we've resorted to outsourcing even the people at the front desk nowadays. I have no idea what they'd do if I had an emergency or needed help with something. Bizarre
The rooms are tidy and clean, but we checked in around 4:45pm, the room is not ready according to them. We arrived at 3:15pm, the room is not yet ready the staff said it will be available at 4:00pm. I come at 4:11pm agin another abused sorry and ready I heard from same staff and asking me for another 10 mins. My question is, Is it a culture of the hotel and staff? Or it is a false advertisement found on the wedsite?
The service was horrible never kept towels in the room and they advertise breakfast never had any breakfast will never stay there again
