Never caught the guys name but he is a one man show with a super positive attitude and always a smile. The room was clean and we made friends at the pool everyday! This is where we will be booking every year.
Telehelp front desk, they have a mispelled sign in the lobby i found hilarious. Yes, the "Quite" hours are indeed between between 9 and 9
The staff seemed friendly at first when we checked in, but once they had our money, their true colors started to show. Before we even checked out, my food was thrown away without permission, which was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. On top of that, there were multiple cockroaches in the hotel, making the stay feel dirty and uncomfortable. I was extremely disturbed and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic respect for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
