Came to the hotel they have a robot with a person on a zoom call or some sort. Told me I had no reservation after I showed the reservation gave my confirmation number and everything claimed couldn’t find it. Then told me they had no rooms available at all because they are sold out. I drove 10 hours and was very tired also had my 1 year old in the car who was also tired. 0/10 don’t recommend.
Check in was good. Awlam was good when checking in
