We own two homes in Destin. We have used Rich and Cheryl with Destin Comforts as our rental management company for many years. They are absolutely great people. They care about your property as it was their own. Never do they seem put out or annoyed With any of our requests or our guests request. They are always happy to help. I would recommend renting from them. Great properties and prices!
Cheryl and Rich are a local company who manage all their properties as if they were their own home. They do this every day of the year but I want to give them huge kudos with the storm this week. They have gone way above anything you could want or ask for this week during the storm. They have been there all week for both their renters and owners. We will DEFINITELY be using Destin Comforts again and again! The easy entry code to get in, the amount of space for your money, the BEAUTIFUL immaculate homes they offer, but most importantly to a traveling family is their CUSTOMER SERVICE is a HOME RUN!!! The beach was breathtaking, Destin Commons was so much fun for everyone (brings suits for the splash pad), and the restaurant selection was 5 star. We had a family of 12 people stay at the sunny and share property for a week. The home is very beautiful and very spacious. From the time we got there until the time we left there was no hassel with check in or check out. The code on the door was great. We didn't have to worry about losing a key or forgeting to bring the key. It was a very simple code. I loved the fact that we could walk to the dollar general and the pools were right there.
