Have been getting waxed by Desi for quite sometime (3 years). I’ll say she got me hooked on it. Have been doing it myself for years and now I don’t think I’ll ever do it myself again. Talented, knowledgeable, she enjoys her work and it shows!

I've been here a few times and enjoyed coming. However I recently came for a facial and paid for a 90 min session. I only got a 60 min session and left with a bruise. I'm very unhappy about this and spoke to the owner with no avail. She offered a 50% refund and then changed her mind and said that maybe it was a personality clash or that I didn't look relaxed. What does that even mean? That seems so weird to me! Plus no regard to the bruise? Like girl, how is that ok?
