Never recieved my order
I wish I checked these reviews before ordering from them. 2+ months and not a single communication or response to repeated inquiries on my order. I now have to see about getting a refund. Such an unbelievably poorly managed business, so I would avoid at all costs...
I made a purchase on April 21st, we are now over two months and still no shirts for an order over $100. Each time I've emailed for a checkup, its an excuse about not having the product in to make my shirts and that my order will be expedited when made. I just sent an email requesting a refund and let's see if they let me have my refund. They are a totally unprofessional and lousy company.
Have bought from here before and ordered my daughter 5 shirts for Christmas. Never heard anything about the order for weeks. Started emailing, phoning and filling out contact form on website with no response. Enlisted PayPal for assistance and finally three shirts were delivered. Notified that we were still missing 2 shirts and no response. Will NEVER buy from here again and would caution others.
I originally left a one star review because it had appeared they had lost my hat and never called back, but then they claimed to have sent an email that I could not find that it was done weeks ago. I'm not sure why they didn't call or text the phone number we left with them, but in a sign of good faith, they made it right with the design on my hat. The original hat I dropped off did not take the print well, so they instead got a new hat that matched my old one identically with the print on it. Thanks y'all, amazing recovery.
