I ordered shirts back in January and now it’s almost the end of March. I’ve inquired several times about where my products are, but they have never arrived. I’ve read about this on Reddit as well, but was hoping that this local company would follow through. It’s such a bummer cause I have had their T-shirts in the past and they’re great, but this lack of attention to basic business is really wrong. I’m gonna go hunt the owner down sometime in the next couple of weeks and find out if I can get my money back.

The heartbreaking thing is they have shirts you can't find anywhere else like ok hotel and longshoremans daughter cafe, but it took 6 months to get my full order. I set a recurring reminder to email monthly. Guess they don't p u phone . . .

I wish I checked these reviews before ordering from them. 2+ months and not a single communication or response to repeated inquiries on my order. I now have to see about getting a refund. Such an unbelievably poorly managed business, so I would avoid at all costs...

I made a purchase on April 21st, we are now over two months and still no shirts for an order over $100. Each time I've emailed for a checkup, its an excuse about not having the product in to make my shirts and that my order will be expedited when made. I just sent an email requesting a refund and let's see if they let me have my refund. They are a totally unprofessional and lousy company.
