I went there two years ago, for my birthday, ready to spend more than 400$ for a haircut and highlights. But the hairdresser (Jerome) seemed nervous (who knows why) and after washing my hair, I looked in the mirror and my hair was ORANGE. He apparently decided to use a “special shampoo” without even telling me or asking me and it turned out to make my hair orange. The manager came and recognized they did a mistake. I have been here twice so far in a 6 week period and each time I was charged $320 (that doesn't include the $60 tip I also have each time). After some thought I was curious how my total came to be exactly the same amout each time when I had received two totally different services. First visit- highlights, low lights, base color, toner and cut. (I was blonde looking to go darker). Second visit- Color, conditioner on about 10-12 existing highlights, toner and trim. WONDERFUL experience – From the moment you open the door this salon is great. Very clean and peaceful ,very professional stylist,I had the best high lights I ever had,they call it balayage,it s french. Will return and try the spa . Thank you Dessange.
