Very professional and friendly staff. Job done efficiently and work area left very clean!! Definately recommend this company
It's unfortunate that a company such as this tells you to "open the windows" when the furnace is pumping heat into the home with a temp of 29.5 degrees in the home even though at the same time, the A/C is trying to cool the home is ridiculous. This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened over the past 3 years. Brand new unit that clearly has a hiccup, but I can't even get this company to come and look at it. Fast friendly service,workers polite informative, my furnace needed new parts, they had them fast, and came and put them on, I would recommend them to anyone. DesRoches scheduled me for an interview. I was supposed to have an interview with Shawn at 4 pm on June 18th, 2024. I arrived at the interview and the office was closed. I called couple times and sent email, however, there was no response. That’s very unprofessional!!
