We had a fantastic experience working with Des Res London. Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with – easy to communicate with, flexible on timings, and incredibly professional throughout. She worked efficiently and left everything spotless, and the finished result was absolutely stunning. In fact, the apartment looked so good that we had to remove the show flat before the end of our contract because it had already been let! We're really grateful for her work and hope to do business again in the future.
I can't recommend DesRes London highly enough! Suzanne helped stage our 4-bed terrace house, which had been rented for 13 years and was looking tired. Suzanne handled every aspect of the process from site visits, organising delivery and staging the entire house. Within one week of the staging we had two offers at asking price and we exchanged within six weeks! It was such an effortless experience and made a massive difference to the saleability of our property - worth every penny and more!!
Working with Suzanne has been an absolute delight and smooth from start to finish. We were selling an unfurnished flat and Suzanne completely transformed it and made it look so beautiful and welcoming. She has a great eye for detail and picked up on small quirks and flaws in the house that could be easily fixed to help the overall feel of the flat. Suzanne did an excellent job staging our place in Richmond. I am sure that the staging was instrumental in enabling the sale of our house. She has a great eye and had our place looking much better than we ever did! We almost wanted to move back in and take it off the market!
