The young man that works there was very nice, however, the owner is rude and arrogant. The seamstress completely and so obviously botched the alterations on my dress, even after 4 fittings. At my insistence, the owner did reimburse me the cost of the dress and $58 I paid for alterations, but he was SO RUDE.

Despos does an amazing job with altering women's formal wear. We have had several gowns/dresses altered here--all the way back to when their location was on East State Street--and have been very satisfied.
