Got my Street Glide Special 2017 there in January nice bike love it . Staff are great there very helpful in getting the things I need for my bike. Went Saturday n won a 200.00 gift card nice more things for my bike thanks guys. The guys in the service department did a good job on my bike's first service. Thanks to everyone who works there.
bad communication and bad warranty on their merchandise. i purchased a helmet a couple months ago and came defective i been trying to get it reemplace even after i got the ok from harley... every person i talk to @ desperado they tell me something diferent and i just have to keep coming back. what a waist of time very dissapointed at desperado... i just stop purchasing from them... the worst part they dont seem they care about losing customer...
Walked in looking for gear. Walked by pleanty of staff & no one asked to help find what im looking for, and all had attitude as if there busy. With an empty store.. Lol! I had to get attention of staff just to find out they have limited stuff. I'll buy else where
