BAT SH1T CRAZY !!!!! DO NOT HIRE - LEE IS A COMPLETE LUNATIC. If he decides he does not like you. ( even if you are nice to him) He is GOING to charge you an astronomical amount of money, and not finish your job. Don't want to pay the insane bill - he will happily take you to court.

The tech who came out to fix our frozen bathroom sink pipe, went right to work and did not hessitate to see if it was going to be a big job or may cost us a fortune. He did not waste any time, he did the job and explained what happened & what he did after the job. Then in a friendly manner he wrote up our invoice, gave it to us, we paid him and thanked him for coming out on a short notice (emergency call-out).. and off he went home.
