RecommendedThe menu was great and no wait for a table. Food was by far some of the best I have eaten here in Gulf Shores. Now I know why this is a locals favorite. Will certainly eat there again

My favorite place to eat when I come to the beach!!
There are three very negative comments on here that I find very strange. I have eaten at DeSoto’s for 25 years and the food and service are fantastic. The employees go out of their way to take care of their customers. They have to deal with a lot of personalities. Some good and some bad. As a former waitress, I can empathize with them. Most people are very nice. However, some seem to forget their manners when they go out to eat, feel that they are privileged, and push their servers to the limit.
