Had to bring my son in for his dental procedure, we drove there from 2 hours away. The staff were kind and very informative. Nurse Sean was a delight! He interacted so kindly with my son and had him relaxed in no time. And he did all of this on top of being in a boot himself. He truly was a blessing. The wait time was as expected and little to no pain. Thank you for a great experience!
I will never step foot in this ER again. I just walked out because I had the worse experience ever. I work in healthcare and I would never treat my patients as rude as I was treated. Whoever the two guys are that are nurses on night shift yall should be fired. You think I would get out of my bed at 4am and come to the ER if I was not in pain. I do not recommend this hospital this is why I drive to Shreveport for healthcare.
They would not let me in with my grandma
Awesome service
Went in because I've had a migraine for 6 days. The nurse asked me what my general doctor said. Explained I'm not from area and don't have a primary. There was not a single person in ER today. They were all sitting there talking about food. Nurse told me there are several doctors to choose from in area and left me in triage room to wait for doctor. I wouldn't have minded the rude tone and leaving me in a room with blinding lights if they had a bunch of patients, however there was not a single patient in there. We ended up le... read more
