Myself and elder lady walked in together both of us had an appointment we had to check in and a wt elder lady can in after us and Megan was very very aggressive and rude and two station where open and she told me we get to you once we finish the elder lady I was so shocked here's why I was taught to respect elder my grandmother is 95. I didn't mind no elderly individuals going before me its the way she said it and how things were done

I’m a firm believer that first impression is a lasting impression! This is my very first time visiting or even being on the campus of Desota Regional! My grandbaby had to have a procedure and I was already anxious and nervous about everything. The very first person I encountered was Mrs. Denita. After my 5 minute encounter with her, she made me feel so relieved!! Anxiousness and nervousness went away!! She is such a sweet and beautiful soul!!
