Worst experience of my life. I’m 8 weeks pregnant, have RSV, and have been throwing up. Passed out at home was driven to the hospital. Told them I felt dehydrated, they stuck me in a room with wheelchairs didn’t check on me or ask me if I wanted a blanket. They took my vitals and took my blood. They doctor wrote me off, like everything was fine like I didn’t just at I passed out or I was as pale as a ghost. Black lady ( Mrs. Jennifer) that was fixing the plates had a rude attitude. Also acted like she didn’t want to be there. I was so disappointed.

I wanted to share with y’all our experience today with the anesthesiologist who did my son’s surgery. His name is Sean and he works at DeSoto Regional Health System. Trigger warning: You may need a tissue. He came to see us and ask all of the questions you ask before a surgery. The staff was amazing and took such good care of us during my son’s dental surgery. The anesthesiologist was excellent, he went above and beyond to ease this mommas heart that he was putting my baby to sleep. He made my little boy giggle and feel very comfortable with him. The recovery nurses were awesome and definitely deserve recognition for their kindness and caring for their patients.

The receptionist was friendly & professional. The lady who did my mamogram was also friendly & professional. She did not rush me.
