The Admitting clerks, Lateshia & Gracie were very professional and caring. They directed my mother and I to surgery. Mr. Dillon, has went above and beyond explaining financial matters and assisted me so much in the past and others in my family.
The admitting department at DeSoto Regional Health System was every bit of amazing. LaTeshia and Dillion made our first visit so smooth. With all of the professionalism, kindness and patience I have to brag about the job well done. I look forward to seeing the amazing staff again soon!
Having your child go under anesthesia and having surgery is a stressful situation. The nurses, anesthesiologist and dentist were very calm and courteous. They took the time to explain the process and soothe us as well as educate on the after care of his surgery. The hospital was very clean and the cafeteria had good food. The ladies serving breakfast were kind and very attentive as well. Thank you to each and everyone for the uplifting experience.
Had to bring my son in for his dental procedure, we drove there from 2 hours away. The staff were kind and very informative. Nurse Sean was a delight! He interacted so kindly with my son and had him relaxed in no time. And he did all of this on top of being in a boot himself. He truly was a blessing. The wait time was as expected and little to no pain. Thank you for a great experience!
I will never step foot in this ER again. I just walked out because I had the worse experience ever. I work in healthcare and I would never treat my patients as rude as I was treated. Whoever the two guys are that are nurses on night shift yall should be fired. You think I would get out of my bed at 4am and come to the ER if I was not in pain. I do not recommend this hospital this is why I drive to Shreveport for healthcare.
