Wonderful experience they helped me so graciously. The staff was amazing no joke seriously I'm not just saying this. They have definitely uped their game. The nurses are so nice and it really made the experience so much better. Thank you Desoto Regional Health System for your superb care. GOD BLESS yall and JESUS is KING!!

In the middle of the night I had to go the emergency room in an ambulance which was a scary experience for me. I was taken to Desoto Regional Health system in Mansfield, LA. From the minute that I arrived, the nurses, lab technician and radiology technician made me feel better when I was feeling my worst. The physician didn’t just treat me with medication…..the entire staff treated me with kind words and comforting smiles. Horrible experience! My 4 year old daughter had to fast for a procedure that was scheduled at 11:30 am we got there early and at 2 we told it was still gonna be a wait while my child is screaming and crying she’s starving.. We said something about the wait time & was told it will still be an awhile. My child hasn’t eaten since 9pm.. if you knew you were gonna be that behind somebody could have said something so we could reschedule! HAD CT THIS MORNING. LOVE YALLS RADIOLOGY TECH!!! THEY COULD GIVE THOSE IN LARGER HOSPITALS LESSONS ON FRIENDLYNESS AND INTERACTION WITH PATIENT!!!!!!
