RecommendedI give Desoto Physical Therapy 5 stars!! I’m 5 days away from my 9 month anniversary with them after suffering a stroke. They have given me the knowledge and confidence to be able to gain the physical strength lost from the stroke. The atmosphere is always upbeat and encouraging. Everyone there continuously goes over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure everyone there is taken care of. I would highly recommend DeSoto Physical Therapy to anyone!! Thank you, just doesn’t seem like enough!
Try showing other reviews besides the 5s. They completely ruined my wife's rotator cuff surgery breaking doctors protocol causing her to have a complete shoulder replacement and thousands of dollars. Regina told my wife to lift 4 lb weights and then do this ball exercise fresh out of surgery, then left to go to the cleaners leaving her there by herself to do this. Over a years recovery. I walked in stooped over in pain and left with 80% less pain and upright. Therapeutic stretching, dry needling, and stim and heat got me back in business! Don’t be scared of dry needling! It doesn’t hurt, and it works! Thank you, Regina!

Regina is the best!! She has worked on my back shoulder/neck and my TMJ!! Have to admit the TMJ was a bit painful, but well worth it. All she has done for me was a success!! Thank you so much!!

I was sent because extreme pain in my shoulder. I had a dry pin therapy done in between my shoulders muscle and could feel instant relief. Most awesome place and people. Need to try if never done this before. Great!!!!!! They can tell you what it is called. Been told several times and still don't remember the name of percedure Thank you so much Regina.
I had my first visit today with Regina. My neck started having spasms on Monday and I could barely move without pain all week. Went in Friday and Regina performed Dry Needling and I received instant relief. My range of motion has improved about 90% and no longer have the constant pain I've been having all week.
